c. Call Log and Phone State Data

Purpose: To track and log calls made to CRM contacts for productivity analytics and call history management.

d. Device Information

IP address, device model, operating system version, and app usage statistics to ensure compatibility and improve app performance.

e. Location Data (Optional)

Purpose: For lead location tagging and field team tracking (if enabled by the user). This feature is optional and can be disabled in app settings.

f. Audio and Camera Data (Optional)

Purpose: Used only if the user explicitly chooses to use in-app voice notes or uploads lead pictures. These permissions are requested only when the user attempts to use these specific features.

g. Calendar Data (Optional)

Purpose: To sync follow-ups and meeting schedules with the device calendar, helping users stay organized and never miss important appointments.

1. In-App Deletion: Open the DealConverter app, go to Settings, tap Delete Account and confirm your choice.
2. Contact Support: Email us at support@dealconverter.com with your account details and request to delete your account. We will process your request and confirm deletion within a reasonable time frame.

Depending on your country and applicable privacy laws, you may have the right to:

• Disabling camera/audio permissions will prevent voice notes and photo uploads
